SOFTWARE APPLICATION AND PRICING
All of Financeware's online application sales include a license for full access to our web-based
wealth management platform during the term of the agreement, including our three industry recognized calculation methods:
an Historical Audit that compares financial strategies to past market data, a WealthSimulator® that randomly orders
historical information, and a Monte Carlo Simulator that uses random returns to calculate a client's likelihood of
achieving valued goals.
All purchases include telephone support provided by our staff of technically-skilled,
investment-savvy Wealthcare specialists and free access to extensive online educational resources. In some
cases, where advisors have acted in accordance with the requirements of the Wealthcare process, we may be
deemed to be providing investment advice in a fiduciary capacity to you. Advisors who purchase Financeware's
wealth management platform may have access to additional services. Contact your Wealthcare specialist with

Standard pricing for the technology user is based on
the number of active clients on the system. The introductory rate is $90.00 per client per year,
which charge is billed and paid on an annual basis. Clients who are no longer active may be archived
and during the period of inactivity will not be included in the list of clients subject to the per client rate.
How the Pricing Works
Advisor billing occurs on a monthly cycle and will bill
for clients on an annual basis. For example, following the creation of a new client on the system,
the next monthly billing cycle will include the annual fee attributable to the new client, currently
set at an introductory rate of $90.00 per client per year. The advisor will have unlimited access to
perform analysis and updates for this client throughout the following year. On the client's anniversary
date, the advisor will be billed in the standard monthly billing cycle.
The first client on the system is free for an advisor. The
per-client fee will apply to all additional clients created. There is no partial fee or proration applied
and all clients are billed for at the same annual rate. Since billing focuses on the client creation date
and anniversary and clients are created at different times, the total amount due will vary from month to month.
Archived or Deleted Clients
Where an advisor deletes or archives a client at any time prior
to the client's anniversary date, that client will not be included in the billing for that subsequent year.
Re-activation of an archived client at any time following the original anniversary date will trigger a new
anniversary date and billing of the annual client fee, commencing with the first monthly billing cycle following
the reactivation. Deletion of a client within the same month as its creation, preceding the next monthly billing
cycle, will not avoid the imposition of the initial annual client fee.
Shared Clients
Where a client is shared, the creator of the client will be the owner
billed for the client on an annual basis. The advisor receiving the share will not be billed. If the owner of
the client archives or deletes the client, the advisor receiving the share will no longer have access to the
client, although the client will appear in the sharing advisor's client archive if not deleted.
